Setelah akhirnya putus (lagi) dari Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez mencoba move-on dengan merilis single terbaru “Come & Get It”. Sebelumnya ia sempat mengeluarkan teaser video berdurasi 11 detik yang menampilkan cuplikan sesi foto Selena Gomez dengan pakaian serba merah.
Lagu ini seharusnya dijadwalkan akan dirilis pada tanggal 8 April 2013 di acara radio “On Air with Ryan Seacrest”, tetapi pada tanggal 6 April lalu, Flagers sudah dapat mendengarkan lagu ini via Youtube SelenaGomezVEVO. Leaked?
“Come & Get It” jauh berbeda dari “Love You Like a Love Song” atau “Rule The World”, malah terdengar lebih mirip dengan Rihanna. Kabarnya, lagu ini merupakan campur tangan Ester Dean dan Stargate, yang juga merupakan otak dibalik kesuksesan “H&M”, “S&M,” “What’s My Name?” “Only Girl (In The World)” dan “Rude Boy”. Jadi tidak heran jika lagu ini memang sedikit mirip RiRi.
Yang unik, lagu ini mempunyai nuansa Bollywood. Dengan tabla sebagai salah satu instrumen menonjol, lagu ini mengusung tema Bollywood dengan tribal infuence yang khas.
Setidaknya cara move on dengan merilis single jauh lebih baik dibandingkan kebut-kebutan atau menambah tatto baru, bukan?
